Schmidt Electric President Ron Roberts has over 25 years of experience at the Project Manager level and above for some of Indiana’s largest electrical contractors. In 1988 Ron returned to Fort Wayne to work along side his father, who had purchased Schmidt Electric two years earlier.

Tom Harris has more than 30 years experience in the electrical industry, starting out as an apprentice electrician and advancing to journeyman, foreman, project manager, and Vice-President of Schmidt Electric.
